Both plaintiff’s and respondent’s counsel placed a “first call” to Pamir to solicit retention as first chair counsel in connection with an eight year “battle of the titans” trade secret litigation spanning the US, Taiwan and China.

Our approach resulted in favorable judicial rulings in US, Taiwan and China which led to a settlement agreement for payment of multiple hundreds of millions of US dollars, as well as other remedies including equity purchase option rights.
